Refund policy

After receiving an item, you have 14 days to notify us of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal. You will then have 14 days from that notification to return the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been used beyond normal product testing, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at customer@toolin.it. Returns must be shipped to the following address: BARILE MARCO ditta individuale, Via Robert Schuman, 15 - 70126 Bari (BA) Italy.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label and instructions. Please note: the cost of the label will be deducted from your final refund, as return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

The right of withdrawal is excluded for digital products (files) once the download has been initiated or the content has been made available, as provided by current regulations on digital content.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the product, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been used beyond normal product testing, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In this case, return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund within 14 business days through your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
