Technical Notes

Vector created by hand, faithfully reproducing the geometries of the Angel.
No automated vectorization processes are used to ensure proper functionality and use of the digital file.
The file has been tested on a Co2 laser machine, on both marble and wood, and on a CNC marble machine.
The videos show the fluidity of the processing, especially for the CNC marble, which works continuously.
The tests were carried out for demonstration purposes only on marble and wood, but can also be used for other applications or processes on different materials.

Co2 Laser processing parameters on marble:
Speed: 50mm/s
Power: 80%
Lens: Focal 50.8
For wood processing, parameters do not need to be specified as there is wide freedom of choice for the operator.

CNC marble processing parameters:
Incimar 60° bit (70° may also be suitable) both available for purchase here on Tool in
Speed: 400mm/min
RPM: 8,000 rpm

Please note: always pay attention to processing parameters as they vary depending on the type of machinery
