Order Processing Times: Orders received by 12:00 PM (CET) are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. During peak periods (such as sales or holidays), processing times may experience slight delays.

Transit Times (Delivery): Once the order has been processed, estimated delivery times are: ITALY: 2-6 business days. EUROPEAN UNION: 5-10 business days. NON-EU COUNTRIES: 7-15 business days. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated based on the product origin and destination.
Shipping to selected European countries: Flat rate of € 19.90. Served countries are indicated at checkout.
Direct Shipping (Selected products shipped from our warehouse): € 4.90 for Italy with free shipping for orders over € 120.00. This information is always clearly stated in each product description.

Carriers Used: BARILE MARCO sole proprietorship, owner of "Tool in", relies on domestic carriers such as Poste Italiane and BRT, and reliable international carriers such as SDA, GLS, DHL and UPS to ensure fast and trackable deliveries. At the time of shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to follow your parcel.

Delays or Failed Delivery: BARILE MARCO sole proprietorship, owner of "Tool in", is not responsible for any delays or delivery issues due to force majeure events (strikes, weather conditions, public holidays, customs delays, etc.). International Shipments: For orders shipped outside the European Union, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before completing your purchase.

Lost or Damaged Orders: If the parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Write to us at customer@toolin.it stating your order number and, if possible, attaching photos of the received parcel. BARILE MARCO sole proprietorship, owner of "Tool in", will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns: Outside the cases covered in point 7 "Lost or Damaged Orders" above, the customer may return, for any reason, the product purchased from BARILE MARCO sole proprietorship, owner of "Tool in", within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it is intact, unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the product is received, BARILE MARCO sole proprietorship, owner of "Tool in", will inspect the item and, if the condition is satisfactory, will issue a refund of the amount paid by the customer within 14 days of receiving the returned product, subject to verification of its integrity, using the same payment method as the original purchase. Returns of damaged products, products without original packaging or showing signs of use will not be accepted. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for sealed products that have been opened after delivery or for items made to order or customised according to the customer's specifications.
The right of withdrawal is excluded for digital products (files) once the download has been initiated or the content has been made available, as provided by current regulations on digital content.
