Product Description

The "Cobra" 2-arm separating puller with adjustable clamping depth and side clamp is used to remove wire bearings, gear wheels, and discs of all common sizes in crafts, workshops, and industry. Any component located on a shaft and accessible from the outside can be removed. The extractor arms rotate 180° and can be used on both sides. One side has standard extraction hooks, while the other side has special separating claws. Thanks to the multiple holes in the extractor arms, different clamping depths can be set for flexible working. The side clamp significantly increases the contact pressure of the extractor arms, thus preventing the extractor from slipping.

Scope of application

For extracting flat-bottom bearings, gears and discs in all common sizes in trade, workshop and industry.

Operation

1. Place the extractor arm from the outside on the part to be extracted
2. Insert the separating claws under the component
3. Tighten the side clamp to support stability
4. Manually pull the mandrel for fixation
5. Move the hex on the chuck head with a ratchet or ring wrench until the component is removed.
