Product Description

The 22 series counter supports are used in conjunction with the 21 series internal pullers in crafts, industry, and workshops. The counter supports are particularly suitable for large cylindrical bushings and ball bearings, thanks to the knurled shape of the support feet, ensuring a stable position during extraction. This improves the gentle extraction of internal parts. Unlike a slide hammer, a counter support allows for greater precision and power.

Scope of application

Together with the internal extractors of the 21 series in crafts, industry and workshops.

• Sizes from 21-2 onwards feature particularly low friction thanks to the pressure bearings integrated into the shape
• The friction coefficient of the counter bearing is reduced to a minimum by an integrated pressure bearing

Operation

1. Determine the inner diameter of the ball bearing and choose the appropriate internal puller
2. Insert the internal extractor into the bore and tighten the sealing nut
3. Support the counter supports on the body and screw onto the wedge axis of the internal extractor
4. Hold the handle of the counter bearings firmly and remove the bearing by safely pulling the hex nut.
5. When removing, retighten the sealing nut
