The KUKKO 56-1 Hydraulic Nut Splitter is a professional grease-operated tool with a single-cutting system, designed to split very large, rusted, stuck, or overtightened nuts in quality classes 5, 6, 8, and 10. With a cutting capacity of 7mm to 24mm, a chisel cutting width of 18mm, and a maximum torque of 60Nm, this nut breaker ensures the nut is split while preserving the threaded pin intact. Thanks to the grease-operated hydraulics, only minimal effort is required during use. The slightly angled design improves ergonomics and ease of use in confined spaces. Net weight 0.86kg. Compliant with international regulations REACH, RoHS, POP, PROP65, and TSCA for global sales.

Scope of application

For breaking particularly large, stuck, rusted or stripped nuts of quality classes 5, 6, 8 and 10.

Operation

1. Apply the nut splitter to the stuck nut
2. Operate the chuck hex with a ratchet or open-end wrench until the nut is split
