Product Description

The 21 series internal pullers are used to remove internal bearings, bearing outer races, and bushings in trades, workshops, and industry. The multi-layered design of the internal pullers, with their extra-wide gripping edges, allows for the safe extraction of internal parts. The 21 series stands out for its compatibility and variety of applications. Depending on the application, there are numerous internal puller variants, with either 2- or 3-arm versions. They are used in conjunction with counterbearings or with slide hammers.

Scope of application

For extracting inner bearings, outer bearing rings and bushings in trade, workshop and industry.

Operation

1. Determine the inner diameter of the ball bearing and choose the right internal puller
2. Insert the internal extractor into the hole and tighten the stop nut
3. If there is a supporting surface available, choose the counter supports, otherwise choose the swing extractor

Operation with counter-supports:

1. Support the counter-supports on the body and screw them onto the internal extractor spindle
2. Hold the handle of the counter bearings firmly and safely remove the bearing by tightening the nut.
3. When extracting, retighten the locking nut

Operation with swing extractor:

1. Screw the striker extractor rod onto the internal extractor spindle
2. Use the hammer extractor with a percussive motion to remove the bearing
